Toxnet GO-FAST tool

The GO-FAST (Goal-Oriented Facilitated Approach to Spasticity Treatment) Tool has been designed to provide structured, coordinated support for health care professionals, working in rehabilitation medicine practice to implement a patient-centered, goal-based approach to spasticity management.

It provides guidance with the selection of commonly-used spasticity treatment goals, associated patterns and muscles, and monitoring outcome measures to assess treatment success.

It has been designed to be used in everyday clinical practice with spasticity patients.
